Complementary colors are: red / green, purple / yellow & blue / orange.
For Makrotex I chose purple & yellow and made a small bouquet
with yellow Rudbeckia laciniata ’Goldball' & clematis Negritjanka.

I have this combination growing as well: goldball, clematis Mikelite & some Aconitum,
maybe Aconitum lycoctonum subsp.neapolitanum or lamarckii.
