Slow December Days

This week we have had a few bright and sunny days and I enjoyed my Nordic walks a lot.

Yesterday the greyness and rain returned. Yet I did my round, a few impressions.

Her royal highness Sissi does not like wet paws at all.

She keeps me company while I’m reading.

First Snow

White Christmas at sight! 

Today the temperature is around zero and the first snow is wet and heavy. 

But more snow is forecast and also temperatures below zero.

Anyway the snow covers beautifully my untidy garden.

This autumn most of the garden tidying was left undone: 

perennials uncut and clematis left on their supports. Not a pretty sight.

Sissi isn’t too happy - she can’t stand wet paws!
