VastaaPoistaauf jeden Fall müssen solche Stadtmauern und auch Gebäude erhalten werden.
Da ist auch ein Stück Kultur. Leider, leider geht in Venedig und auch in Florenz viel durch die Massen der Menschen verloren.
Aber auch hier zählt eben der Profit.

Yes, there are two sides of the tourism. The bright side is that the tourists bring an enormous sum of money to Italy. The fees to the most important museums and sightseeings are high. I want to think that at least part of the money goes to preserving these ancient treasures.
Poista...it's nice to have it preserved, but what was built around it looks so out of place.

PoistaI find it also great and they have to. Therefore it is always good when something like this is placed under monumental protection in this day and age. Such contemporary witnesses must be preserved, for us and above all for posterity.
