What Spring?

The topic of Makrotex this week is APRIL, a spring month in many countries.
In Finland the spring keeps us waiting until new sprouts and green will emerge,
but the snow has melted a bit as you can see comparing these two photos.
The first photo is taken on April the 4th, the second in February.

But inside the house I have some spring & Easter feeling!
These yellow hyacinths bring spring mood even on a grey and wet-rainy day like this.

  5. I think all around the worl the spring time becomes different, also here it is for March a bit to rainy and cold, and as I see in Germany it was before to early for such warm temperatures.

A lot of snow melted and hopefully the really spring is now coming to your place.

    Greetings and hugs

  6. Beautiful... I think this yellow of hyacinths is rare. What a color... Easter in sight :-))
Today it's 4 degrees and it's raining, which is good for the fields. However, we already had spring with us for 3 weeks, it was like a little trip down south. I can well imagine your impatience... console yourself - you're in Santa's country :-))) And I imagine that, in turn, fantastic.
    Hug for you.
