Friday Bliss #165 - Flawless Beauty


Recently I bought myself this fabulous Phalaenopsis orchid at Plantagen.
It stands on the kitchen table and brings joy to every day life.
I put the plant in a glass bowl and decorated with sea shells.
I think it looks gorgeous.

    I am having "no lucky hand" with orchids. Tried it several times but they don’t want to survise. Inside the house and maybe I should try it outside. Over here a lot of people are having them on there balcony. Yours is so pretty, looks elegant and a good choice to choose this white color. Like it also how you put it in a vase and with the shells. Interesting the object in the museum; I thought of a waterfall.

      I had once many Phalaenopsis orchids and big green plants, but they were invaded by mealy bugs. I could not save them. Now I have only a few green plants and buy an orchid now an then. Usually they bloom for two months - so much joy for the money.

    Ohh eine Orchidee und noch in Weiß sehr schön. Ich habe auch eine, eine kleinere und sie blüht jedes Jahr. Im Sommer darf sie auf den Balkon und im Winter an das Küchenfenster
    Auch sei Mucheln zu dekorieren sieht schön aus, wobei ich Muscheln eher im Sommer nehme
    Der Himmel weint, nicht schlecht, da muß man auch erst mal drauf kommen und das ist dann schon die Kunst.

      Die Phalaenopsis Orchideen sind wunderschön in alle Farben. Ich hatte auch schon oft lila, aber ich denke, Weiß passt zu dieser Jahreszeit gut. Sie wird sicherlich an Finnlands Unabhängigkeitstag und Weihnachten blühen. Schönes Wochenende Eva.

    This is really a beautiful orchid, dear Riitta! Years ago my husband gave me a similar flower for my birthday or wedding anniversary. Unfortunately after that it only bloomed once and then no more ... (But I still love my husband ;-DD)
