I have many big Syringa vulgaris bushes in three colors.
This pale pink is the prettiest of them all.

VastaaPoistaI stopped to say that the fragile and delicate lilac is one of my favourite blossoms in Spring. It is always lovely to see these flowers with suave fragrance. April is, in here, their moment to bloom; so, seeing these gorgeous of yours, It feels refreshing. The warm weather of June has come, for a while... indeed, Spring is amazingly lovely, all over!

PoistaThe smell of lilacs always takes me back to my childhood in the 1950s. In those days I caught the school bus by the side of a cottage with a lilac tree in the garden. The sight and smell of lilacs and I’m back there in my school uniform, sandals, white ankle socks with my satchel on my back. Thank you for the memories.
