Floral Bliss #17

This week I'll share some black delight with photos of the tulip Queen of Night.
It is very dramatic and high, single late flowering variety. Photos from May 2016.

These are probably the best loved of the deep purple tulips. Their velvety, dark maroon, single, cup-shaped flowers on straight stems in late May are stunning.

  14. Hello,

I adore Queen of The Night and she has just finished blooming in my own garden. She comes up with white narcissus, Thalia, and makes a wonderful contrast of colors.
