Last summer I bought a pack of Alcea rosea 'Nigra'.
So my surprise was great when one of them showed this color!
I am a bit late visiting you because a tiny flu has stolen my energy.

I agree and gravitate more toward blues and violets, but these are lovely. Looks like a bumper cherry crop.
