Not to talk about the 18 towers that Antonio Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia will have
- if ever finished - the Catalan architects seem to have had a mania towards towers!

VastaaPoistaja, ich war vor Jahren in Barcelona und habe mir auch die vielen wunderbaren Bauten von Gaudi angeschaut,klar war auch die Sagrada Familia dabei.
Damals hat mich das leider noch nicht so sehr interessiert, heute würde ich das mit ganz anderen Augen ansehen.
Vielleicht gehe ich wieder einmal nach Barcelona, aber im Moment steht mir den Sinn nicht danach.
Eine schöne Woche wünsche ich dir.

VastaaPoistaThose are nice pictures, Ritta. We did the hop-on-hop-off thing and got off but didn't go in, there was a BIG line. I do hope it is finished soon. We have an English word, "Gaudy" named after him, means attention getting in an excessive eye catching array. (adjective: gaudy; comparative adjective: gaudier; superlative adjective: gaudiest).

Wunderschöne Türme, da kann man wirklich von Prinzessinenturm reden. Wir waren letzten April in Barcelona und ich kann nur sagen, was gut werden soll dauert eben lange bei der Sagrada Familia.
