Friday Bliss #162 - Colorful Weekend!

I made the last garden bouquet of the season using Sedum Herbstfreude and grass
Calamagrostis x acutiflora 'Karl Foerster’ - and added color with a big scarf.

This is the 9th garden bouquet or arrangement of the season.
Above a collage of some others and this flower heart was the first in May.

ART FOR THE WEEKEND
This wooden harlequin was found at Ars Nova, Turku.
Unfortunately the artist is unknown to me.

  1. Liebe Riitta,

  3. So pretty, even it is the last garden bouquet. I also like it with the scarf and the pumkins. The right time for a bit of "halloween" decoration

Different and at the first moment a bit strange for me...the harlequin, but really only at the first moment. The second I thought...made for a garden ;-))

Wishing you also a great weekend I am sending greetings over to you

    1. I combine Herbstfreude often with some blooming flowers. At the moment there were only purple autumn asters, but their colors did not match.

  19. This is autumn, at some point it will be the last flowers of the year in the garden ... I still have a few blooming roses that have survived the first night frost.
The harlequin is very beautiful. Happy to see
