You really had to wear rosy eye glasses in order to find any beauty in this colorlessness.
Fortunately December and Christmas are going to give a break in this endless dullness!
Well, I exaggerated a bit - I’m not so desperate.
Woollen socks, hot glögg and a good book help a lot!

I can understand what you mean, but on the pics it doesn't seem such a dead month. But it's also easy to say when you're not there. Dull and grey days are simply not beautiful.

I have never lived where it is quite as cold, but have always felt the exact same way about November. So dark, so chilly, so wet (in Oregon). We have Thanksgiving toward the end of the month ..a good family time, (where we all eat too much) and that helps. And then the Christmas lights. Good books definitely do help! (I remember when that was *all* that we had. Now there are also blogging, visiting lovely blog friends, and catching up with my photography (sorting, labeling), It is impossible to be bored! Still, I like it better when the sun shines!
