Aconitum napellus and Phlox paniculata are at their best right now.
At the moment I have four varieties of phlox:
This two coloured, soft pink, white and lilac.
I have donated my brighter phlox to my daughter-in-law.
My aconitums come from my mother's garden, that is why they are dear to me.
...

VastaaPoistaJust gorgeous!
VastaaPoistaThe phlox and all the other flowers are beautiful. My favorite part is learning that some of them were given to you from your mother’s garden and now you have given some to your daughter-in-law. That is the loveliest part of gardening! Brings memories from an earlier part of our lives! Thank you for hosting!
VastaaPoistaI thought, I might be part of your floral-bliss too today :O)
PoistaYes Sallie, giving and receiving is part of the fun in gardening. It is so great that plants have a history!
PoistaClaudia, you are so welcome and I am very happy that you joined <3
Tuo ukonhatun ja syysleimun liitto vetoaa minuun. Aamuisin leimujen tuoksu täyttää pihan. Kuumalla se ei niin tunnu.
VastaaPoistaWonderful flowers, Riitta, dear friend!
VastaaPoistaI tried Phlox in my garden, he did not like the soil ....I will try it in a pot now ...
Have a wonderful day,
Love and hugs, Claudia xo
Sometimes phlox get sick and get mildew when they grow in too dry places. I don't know what this is in German, Rost?
PoistaThe Phlox paniculata with the pink center is really the beautiest. My phloxes are down, the hot and dryness is a desaster in this year. Of course, I tried to pour...
VastaaPoistaHave only some archive pictures, digitally edited today again.
Have a nice day
It is difficult to add photo archives this summer... Everything looks so sad. But there is nothing to do about this heatinfierno!
PoistaBeautiful assortment of lovely hues!
VastaaPoistaThank you for asking about my dog - he does well - recovers very quickly so far. This Friday they will pull the strings and we hope to have him in good condition for a bit longer! He is our fur baby and our girl dog loves him so much as well!
VastaaPoistaI am so happy to hear that Susi! Our pets are so dear to us <3
PoistaBeautiful colours and I love all of them. I wonder if they will grow in my garden at this time when it is hot.
VastaaPoistaPhlox like half-shade, maybe your garden is too hot for them... Here you find phlox in every garden.

LG Heidi
Your different varieties of phlox are all so pretty and fresh looking. I love the fragrance of phlox. I've noticed how strong this is in the sunny weather. They still need lots of water as they are very thirsty right now. Thank you Riitta for the linkup.
Edith
