This week I'll share with you my treasure - Meconopsis betonicifolia - Sinivaleunikko.
I got the plant as a present from photographer Teija Tuisku who photographed
my garden for a Finnish garden magazine 8-10 years ago.
The plant survives but does not spread. It was replanted once but no help as to spreading.
I have photographed this heavenly blue meconopsis for many posts - look here the previous ones.

What a beautiful plant! Have you tried growing the seeds? That is a very special plant, and sometimes on display around here as well. Congratulations on it surviving every year!
